"Hi there."
Hi.
First Polar watch (m430) I bought few years ago.
My second watch (vantage v2) I'm using since 1st of Dec. 2020
Both watches arrived quickly and in perfect condition.
Watches are very easy to use.
M430 is perfect for beginner and Vantage V2 is for those who want to run for more then 5 hours in high GPS frequency.
Also I was contacted with customer service just to check they are really bad as people say. Response was very fast and positive.
My opinion is very positive as well. I don't have any reason to give Polar.com less then 5 stars.

"Polar are excellent"
Polar are excellent. The customer service operatives have always provided a resolution to help my issue. The last issue I had was my battery was going low every 24 hours (when normally a full charge lasts me 14+ days), and they advised a reset. I only did a soft reset and didn't lose any of my history, which fixed the problem. When I've had to send my watch in for repair, the service is affordable and prompt.

I would definitely purchase another Polar product. Highly recommended products, and the after service is excellent.
